Returns Policy

Return any item, for any reason, which includes style, color, fit or just changing your mind; you’ll get full site credit.

We guarantee all of our items are checked for authenticity. If your item didn’t arrive as described or is not authentic, we will send you a shipping label, pay for the shipping costs and give you a full refund.

Return Process

Submit a return

Please submit an email requesting a return to our customer service team at returns@crossingthejordan.org. We will send you a shipping label if you are claiming the items is not as described or is not authentic. Please email item number and the name you purchased the item under.

We will only pay for shipping if the item is claiming as not authentic or not as described. If you are returning because you do not like the style, fit, color or just changed your mind, the shipping cost will be deducted from your site credit.

Once you email returns@crossingthejordan.org, we will send you a free shipping label (if applicable). Print the shipping label and ship the item to us.

Pack the item using your own materials and ship it to Crossing the Jordan within ten days of submission. You are responsible for returning the item in the same condition you received it. Items are not eligible for return if you’ve worn or used it.

We review your return

Our team reviews each item returned in detail. Item must be returned in same condition it was sold to you. Item must be returned within 30 days from date of sale. Once item is received, we will issue a refund and/or response within 5 business days.

Notification of Decision Made

We’ll contact you once your return is processed.
