NAIROBI, KENYA CHILDREN’S HOME
Founders, Michael and Dana Bryant, have dreamed of sending Academy students to serve on missions trips, understanding that through service, there is personal transformation.
In 2018, Michael made a decision that it was time to visit Africa and begin to connect with the people there and finally began the plans to open a Crossing the Jordan Children’s Home.
On his trip, he was taken to visit Motherly Care Children’s home and fell in love with the children there. Within days of Michael speaking to the Founder to discuss ways we could serve, the founder passed away and the Children reached out to Michael to explore ways we could partner. Through a series of beautiful events, we have taken over full operations of the Children’s Home and Crossing the Jordan Foundation now fully funds the home.Today, we send teams of 8 to Nairobi to serve for 10 days at a time. Our vision is to build the children a new village in a location we recently secured nearby. Stay tuned for more information.
